Our expertise
Ultrasonic tools have been known and used for several years in the industry. Developed according to the same basic rules, they are now highly optimized to provide performance and longevity.
Even today, research continues to optimize their industrial applications and thus, their potential for innovation continues to be extended. Unfortunately, new applications remain complex and their development limited.
At Metabro, we had a hunch that simple solutions existed to design ultrasonic tools and fix them on a rigid support to transmit ultrasonic waves. We therefore specialized in the design of tools for industrial applications. We developed sonotrode geometries that provide direct connection points, allowing them to be fixed to a rigid support and thus more easily exploit the potential of ultrasonics.

MetaBro is a company focused on the research and development of innovative ultrasonic geometries.
For more than 3 years now, Maxime Roten, mechanical engineer and founder of the company, has been working on concepts to rethink the ultrasonic tools currently used in the industry in order to open the technology to new applications.
Whether for ultrasonic actuators of just a few millimeters or parts of a more considerable size for machining assistance, its design considerations have been tested and refined so as to retain the essential features and the greatest simplicity on the developed designs.
